1. First take wheat…wash it…and soak it in water for 1 hr.
2. After 1 hour strain it and put it in mixer..don't run mixer in haste,we want it to be coursely grinded..it is just for removing it's covering..
3. Then keep it in sunlight for 2 hours…automatically it's covering will saperate…it is most important part in the preperation of haleem..so wheat is ready now
4. Then wash rice and lentils and soak them together with ready wheat in water for 1/2 hr.
5. Then pressure cook them with 2 glasses of water,salt and turmeric powder for 20 min
6. Strain them completely…
7. Blend it….
8. Then in a pan take oil add all spices then add blended rice wheat and lentils…and saute them till it becomes thick..haleem is ready
9. Blend keema and add besan in it.

11. Add coriander leaves and bread crumbs and kabab mixture is ready
12. Make kababs any shape of your choice and shallow fry it
13. Serve with cucumber…tomato ketchup.
