9. Once hardened, ice the balls with more vanilla frosting and stack 3 largest to smallest onto the center of a wooden stick. Make sure the stick doesn't show.
10. Dip pretzels and hats in melted chocolate and let cool. Assemble them onto snowman as a hat and arms. Add more cinnamon chips as eyes and buttons. Add the colored frosting as a scarf.
