  4. Pour little ghee in kadai and add cooked smashed dal.Then add sugar.
  5. After adding sugar mix will become little watery as sugar starts melting.Now add the roasted wheat flour,cardomom powder and kesar or food colour and mix well without lumps.
  6. Add the remaining ghee and keep stirring continuously.
  7. In a small pan add little ghee and fry cashewnuts.Add the fried cashewnuts to the kadai and mix well.
  8. Stir well till it becomes a non sticky paste and ghee starts coming up from edge of kadai.This is the correct stage now remove the kadai from stove.
