Once the dal dries up, add little chat masala, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well and keep aside. You can add some raw chopped onions too for more crunch. Take two bread slices and put green chutney on one and spread the dal mixture and next add a thin layer of grated cheese and top it up with tomato slices and then close the.   2. In a mixer jar add fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilli and with very little water grind it. Once done add little more water and make thin consistency, remove it in a bowl and add salt and lime juice. Mix and keep it aside.
  3. Now take one bread slice, apply some butter on it and arrange potato, beetroot, tomato and cucumber on it, sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder. Now take another bread slice and put on it.
  4. Next take a sandwich griller put little butter on it and toast the sandwich from both sides till golden brown.
  5. When the sandwich is ready, take a serving plate, put sandwich in the center and give a desire cut (4 squares or triangles)
