Instructions to make Dal ke kabab:
  1. Soaked all the dal in water for an hour.
  2. Boil water in a pan and add all three dals in it. Add salt and haldi to it.
  3. Dont overcook the dal. Just when the dals are little mashy strain the water and let the boiled dals to cool down.
  4. Heat little ghee in a pan and add boiled dal to it.
  5. Add all the masalas and mix. Now take potato masher and mash the dal mix with the help of masher.
  6. Now transfer the dal mix in a bowl and let it cool down
  7. Add boiled mashed potato to the dals and mix with hand making it look like a dough.
  8. I haven't added salt again because it was not needed if you feel like salt is less you can add salt at this stage.
  9. Keep the dough aside.
  10. For filling take hung curd, chopped onions, salt, black peper and mix well.
  11. Grease the hand with oil and take small portion of dal mix. Make a hole, add 1/2 tsp of hung curd mix and give the portion look and shape of kababs.
  12. Coat the kabab in bread crumbs.
  13. Repeat the 11 and 12th step for the left mix.
  14. Take tawa and heat little oil and shallow fry the kababs. Note: these kabas are always shallow fried not deep fry.
  15. Shallow Fry the kababs on both side and serve hot with dip of your choice😋.
