  5. Dip rice cake into self-raising flour. Shake it and then dip it into beaten egg. Lastly, dip it into bread crumbs.
  6. Pour oil into a pot just enough to cover the rice cake. Heat up oil with big fire. - When oil is ready, switch to low fire and deep fry the rice cake until golden brown. - Drain excess oil on grill tray.
