  4. In a food processor pluse together the lentils, cooked vegetables, tomato paste, bbq sauce, flax meal, parsley, salt, pepper, oats and breadcrumbs.
  5. Do not puree but blend into a chunky dough.
  6. Place mixture on the prepared baking sheet and spread into a loaf shape.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread the ketchup on top or a garnish with your choice.
