Steps to make Suji ka cheela:
  1. Firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup rava and 1/2 cup curd.
  2. Also add 1/2 tbsp salt and 3/4 cup water and now mix well without forming any lumps.
  3. Rest for 20 minutes or till rava swells completely.
  4. Further add onion,tomato, boiled potato, green chilli and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
  5. Mix well and add water if required to get thick flowing consistency batter.
  6. Now grease the tava with oil and spread a ladleful of batter thickly.
  7. Pour 1/2 to 1 tbsp of oil around the edges. - cover and cook the chilla for 2 minutes or till it gets cooked well.
  8. Flip over and press gently making sure chilla gets cooked from both sides.
  9. Continue to simmer for another minute or till chilla gets cooked completely.
  10. Finally, serve suji ka cheela with chutney or tea.
