Steps to make Sabudana vada:
  1. Soak sabudana in enough water for 2hours at least.
  2. Strain off the sabudana, transfer it into a big bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to fry the vada's.
  4. Until then, mix the other ingredients mentioned with sabudana and mix well.
  5. Place some oil in your palm, and make small shaped vada's.
  6. When oil gets heated up, deep fry the vada's until turned golden brown and crisp from both sides.
  7. Drain the vada's on a paper towel.serve hot.
