  3. Add eno in the idli batter and mix well. Grease idli plates. Pour idli batter in the molds. Place idli stand in the idli cooker. Cover the cooker with lid. Steam for 10 min on high flame.
  4. After 10 min switch off the flame. Let idli stand rest in the cooker for 3-4 min, then take out the stand from the cooker wait for 2-3 min, scoop out idli with knife. Place it in a bowl.
  5. Ragi suji idli is ready to serve.
