3. In a karahi take water, bring it to boil. Add meat, salt and let it till half cook.
4. In a karahi take Desi ghee add onion and cook till become transparent.
5. Add meat Stuff, potatoes, Cumin seeds and chopped green chillies. Cover and cook till potatoes become half soft.
6. Add red chilli powder and again cover it and cook till become both meat and potatoes cook properly.
7. Remove cover and cook for 5 minutes or till water dried.
8. Turn off flame. Yummy aalo gosht is ready to serve 😊.
