  1. In a sauce pan add the water and sugar and boil till the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  2. In a pan cook the Vermicelli for about 10 mins or as per the pack instruction.
  3. Drain the water from the cooked Vermicelli and add them to the sugar syrup.
  4. Divide them into 3 portions. Add orange and green food colour in two portions respectively. One portion keep as it is. Leave them for couple of mins.
  5. In a pan boil the milk. When it comes to a boil add condensed milk and boil for couple of mins till the milk is slightly thicken.
  6. Add the cardamom powder,stir well and take off the heat.
  7. Now drain off the excess water if any from the coloured and sugar syrup soaked Vermicelli.
  8. Pour the sweetened milk equally in 3 portion of Vermicelli.
  9. In a sauce pan heat the ghee and add the nuts and roast them for 1 min. Next add raisin, stir and turn off the heat.
  10. Take serving dish and layer them. Garnish with ghee roasted raisins and nuts.
  11. Serve them warm or refrigerate for few mins and serve cold.
