  1. Roast semolina and ghee on a low flame for 20 to 25 minutes. Keep stirring continuously.
  2. Keep 1 glass of water for boiling in a pot.
  3. After the semolina turns golden yellow,add cashews and roast them.
  4. Now add the mashed banana and roast it till its dry.
  5. Add hot water as required and keep stirring.
  6. Let the water evaporate and add sugar,raisins and cardamom powder.
  7. Cover the pan and cook till sheera is nice and fluffy.
