  1. Take a cooker pressure with washed potatoes and boil it. Take a container with gram flour, salt,red chilli powder turmeric powder,Cumin coriander powder mix it well with water as require it must be thick.
  2. Take a container add boiled & a with smashed potatoes add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, Salt, turmeric powder Cumin coriander powder, coriander leaves, lemon juice, sugar mix well make ball & add in mixed batter. Keep oil for heat it on gas.
  3. After heating it fry it nicely.
