  8. When you satisfy the colour, chewness and good aroma transfer into ghee greased plate.
  9. Use the flat spatula to level the surface.
  10. It leaves excess ghee, you can use it for some other dishes.
  11. After complete cool cut in to small pieces and serve.

Banana, sugar and ghee are the three main ingredients in banana halwa or balehannu halwa. It has no sugar and bananas bring in the natural sweetness. Banana halwa is a tasty dish and a favourite with children. I learnt this recipe from my grandmother. Cut the banana into equal sizes.
