  1. Prepare 250 g all-purpose flour
  2. Get 4-5 tbsp oil
  3. Take as per taste Salt and black pepper
  4. Take as required Finely chopped ginger and garlic
  5. Get as required Cabbage, capsicum, noodles

Noodle with different types of sauce, vegetables or any Non Veg option, you can make it according to your taste and preference. Momos is a low calorie snack and it is usually served with red chilli Chutney. It can be fried or steamed.

Instructions to make Vegetable and noodles momos:
  1. Grate capsicum and cabbage in a chopper. Finely chop ginger and garlic. In a pan boil the noodles by adding a little cabbage and capsicum. Add salt and noodles masala.
  2. In another pan heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add ginger garlic and finely chopped cabbage and capsicum. Add salt and black pepper according to your taste. Take it out in a bowl. Keep the mixture aside to cool.
  3. Take the flour in a pot put 2tbsp of oil and salt. Need it softly. Keep for 10 mins.
  4. Make small round chapatis and add the mixture of cabbage and capsicum in one and noodles in another. Give it the shape you like.
  5. Heat the idli pan by adding water. Grease the idli container with little oil and put the momos in it.
  6. Put these containers in idli pan and steam for about 10 mins. Remove it and enjoy with sauce and schezwan chutney.
