1. Take semolina in a big mixing bowl.

7. When the seeds start to splutter add curry Leaves into it, saute for a while. Pour this tempering to the batter mix well.
8. Now in the end, add baking soda to the batter mix gently. Don't over whisk the batter.
9. Perheat an appam maker and pour little oil in it's each mold.
10. Fill each mold with the batter.
11. Cover and let them simmer for 3 minute on low flame.
12. When the appe turns golden brown from beneath,filp the side and continue cooking until golden brown from this side as well. It can take 2 minutes. Cook the appams until they get golden brown on both the sides
13. Take out the rostad appams in a plate.similarly prepare the rest as well.
14. Rava appas are ready serve with green chutney and tomato sauce.
