Wash chicken quarters and dry using a clean cloth or paper towel. Prick chicken all over with a sharp kitchen knife and place in a bowl.   4. Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken. Saute for 5-6 minutes and add mixture paste.
  5. Now add dahi and salt to taste. Close the cover of the pan and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Lastly add 1/2 cup Posta, Kaju and magaj paste.
  7. Afgani Chicken is ready to serve.
