Then spoon this slightly tart filling into a graham cracker crust, top with lots of sweetened whipped cream and chill. Although I've made a key lime pie with coconut milk, it wasn't creamy like this version. That pie is like a lime version of lemon meringue without the meringue It did puff up a little, so I recommend poking the dough with a fork before baking.
