6. Add seasoning and salt to taste. Put back on heat and cover until water is dry.
7. Dice the other half onions in thin even slices. Also dice green pepper, yellow pepper in thin slices. Dice one seed of tomato in cube slices. Ensure to take out the seeds of the pepper.
8. Once rice is dry add the sliced pepper, onions and tomato and cover the pot for about a minute so the heat from the rice softens it.
9. Serve with drinks and protein of your choice.
