  4. Bake in the oven for approximately 15 minutes, until golden and puffy and enjoy

Made the omelette cups this morning and I just fell in love on how they came out and tasted! Instead of "cups" I baked all at once in a foil tray- to make it easy for the morning crew. They also turn out awesome IF you use potatoes o'brien too!! These Ham Egg Cups are an easy make ahead breakfast or snack for busy mornings.
