The soy milk wasn't bad, 油条 (dough fritters) were a bit too oily and weren't crispy at all. Seems to be a frequented place by travelers.   5. As milk bubbles add roasted vermicelli and cook till it's done remove from flame add saffron and few nuts and cream mix it well
  6. Pour in a big bowl sprinkle the rest of nuts and little saffron strands, chill and serve

You can add whatever nuts you like to your soy milk, but I did a lot of experiments while.
