Prepare 200 grams crushed wheat
Make ready 2 tablespoons masoor dal

In a frying pan add oil and fry chopped onions and cashews till golden brown. keep them aside
In another pan add oil when it is hot add cinnamon cloves cardamom and cumin seeds. Saute them for a while.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.
Now add turmeric powder chopped tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes get tender.
Add salt red chilli powder Garam Masala mutton curd chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Add two glasses of water and pressure cook till 5 whistles.
Allow it to cool. mash mutton along with the gravy
For making dalia add the lentils and rice and saute till golden brown
In another pan add crushed wheat sauted lentils and rice
Add 5 glasses of water and cook till they get tender for 20 minutes.
Allow it to cool and grind the mixture nicely. Keep this aside.
To this dalia add mashed mutton chopped mint leaves coriander leaves half amount of fried onions salt and oil.
Mix and blend them.
Cook for about half an hour.
Now take out haleem in a bowl and garnish with ghee fried onions chopped mint and coriander leaves fried cashews lemon and green chilies.
