Once the water boils reduce the heat to medium low and let your banana simmer till the water almost dries up but not completely, after around 20-25 minutes. Careful not to burn the banana.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with parsley or chives. Serve with chicken/beef/mutton stew and a cup of tea. Enjoy 😊 🤤
