Get Dough
Take 1 cup maida/All-purpose flour
Take to taste SALT

These Vegetarian Tandoori Momos are vegetable and paneer-filled dumplings. Slather in tandoori paste and cook under intense heat for heavenly smokiness. Instructions to make Tandoori momos:
In a bowl, add Maida, salt and oil. Mix well to make a soft dough with room temperature water.
Cover the dough and leave it to sit for 15-20 minutes.
For Filling, In a pan heat some oil add ginger garlic paste add chopped onion and saute them.
After, add cabbage and salt, black pepper, soya sauce and vinegar to it and mix well at medium flame.
Now, make small balls through dough and make small chapati's through them with some dry maida. Make sure, the sides must be thin and from enter it should be thick.
In each chapati add filling in the center. Shape them like a Momos is.
Fry momos in some oil to give crunchy flavour till then they turn brown.
For Marination, add curd and gram flour(Besan) in a bowl and mix well. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and red food colour(optional). Add half lemon, vegetable oil and mix well.
Now, add momos and onions to the marinated paste and quote it well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
After, to give a tandoori flavour put cilia in a bowl and keep it in the center of the marinated momos bowl and add some butter to it. Let it sit for few minutes.
Use a wooden stick to hold momos and some marinated onion to grill them. On a gas strove, grill them on medium flame with proper totation.
In pan put some butter and add Marinated paste and add fresh cream at medium flame.
Add momos to them sparkle some chaat masala and your tandoori momos are ready to serve.
