  9. When dal colour changes turn off the gas.
  10. Add this to batter.
  11. Now add eno and pour this batter to idli mould.
  12. Microwave for 4 minutes or steam it for 15 minutes.
  13. Cool and de mould.
  14. Serve with coconut chutney
