  9. Add a pinch salt & a pinch black pepper. Mix together nicely. Mix 3/4 of Vegetables into the UPMA.
  10. Take a plate and bowl. Greasing around the bowl nicely.
  11. First layer put 1/4 of the Vegetables then put a layer of UPMA on it and press it nicely.
  12. Removed the UPMA bowl in serving plate. Serve with coconut chutney. Enjoy.
