  6. As soon as the onion becomes pinkish add the cabbage, carrot and capsicum.
  7. Add salt as per your taste and saute it in a medium flame
  8. Cover the wok so that the vegetables cook faster and saute it in between for approx 10minutes
  9. When the stuffing seems to be cooked, add 1teaspoon of black pepper powder. Mix it well and take it out of the wok and keep it aside to cool down
  10. Take the dough and knead it once more for 2-3 minutes
  11. Pinch out small portion of it and make small round balls
  12. Roll out each ball into a flat small rounds. It should be as thin as possible.
  13. Place 1 teaspoon of the Stuffing on the centre of the circle.
  14. From any one end start making some pleats and continue it until you reach another end
  15. Join all the pleats together at the centre and seal at the top. Press it and twist at the centre so that it's properly sealed
  16. Take vegetable steamer and apply oil on it.
  17. Place the steamer on the top of the pot and make sure it stays above the water
  18. Once the steam has started to come out of the water place the momos on the strainer and cover it with a lid
  19. The momos will get transparent when they are done. It will take around 10minutes
  20. Again heat some oil in a wok. Add some chopped garlic and saute it for 30seconds. Add the steamed momos and saute it for 1 minute.Then add the paste of dry red chillies and vinegar, along with some soya sauce and tomato ketchup and little bit of water if needed.
  21. Mix them well. You may add some salt if you need.
  22. Take it out of the flame and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves
