  4. Put oil in cooker. Put ajwain & baking Soda. Add all Veggies and stir. Add 4-5 tbsp water and close the lid.
  5. Give 2-3 whistles. Switch off the gas and remove the pressure. Open the lid.
  6. Decorate with green garlic and coriander leaves. (If you don't open the lid immediately than papdi becomes yellow in colour).
