Make ready 2 1/2 cups Wheat flour
Take 4-5 medium sized Radish/ Mooli

Here comes the recipe for mooli ka paratha/radish paratha. Paratha or stuffed paratha are sumptuous Indian flat-breads that can be relished with curd, pickle, raita or even sabji. They can be as simple as the plain mooli paratha are super quick and easy to make. All we have done is combined whole wheat flour, grated white radish, chopped radish leaves, low-fat.
Steps to make Mooli ka paratha / Radish paratha:
Keep all the above ingredients ready. Peel and first grate the mooli /Radish. Tip:- depending upon mooli quality some mooli leaves the water. In that case, always squeeze the mooli and keep the water aside. Water can be used to knead the dough.
Grate green chilli, ginger. Add Ajwain, Amchur powder. Tip:- you can always adjust the ingredients as per your taste.
Add chopped coriander leaves, and salt. I have added coriander cumin powder. It's optional.
Add wheat flour, Red chilli powder and add salt as needed. And oil (1tbsp)for binding the flour. Mix all ingredients well, before adding water.Tip:- adding oil will make paratha soft.
Knead the dough well with water or the mooli water (as in step 1). Add water little by little. Consistency of the dough should nor be thick nor thin. Tip:- always give resting time for dough some 20 to 25 mins.
After resting time. Make a lemon size dough. And roll it to a medium thick dough..
Switch on the gas. And Preheat the tawa. Put the rolled dough in tawa. After 1 min, Now upside down the paratha and allow to cook. Now little bubble starts forming in paratha. Add oil to all the sides and top of paratha.
After adding oil. Now turn the paratha. with the help of a spatula gently press the sides of paratha. And add oil to the top portion. And again turn upside down for 1-2 section:- the gas flame should always be on the medium-high flame while cooking paratha. The slow flame will make paratha hard.
Now mooli paratha is ready to serve. You can serve with pickle, salad, or with curd.
Mooli ka paratha is a popular north Indian breakfast treat. Flip the paratha again and lightly press the paratha on the sides with a spatula, to help paratha cook through evenly. Place one rolled paratha on the tawa and cook until tiny air bubbles starts to appear. Flip the paratha and gently press it with the back side of your spatula. Repeat the same with the rest of the parathas.
