2. Take 1 big carrot sliced into sticks
3. Get 1 medium onion
4. Get 3 tbsp oil
5. Prepare 1/2 tsp tumeric
6. Get 1 tbsp red chilli powder
7. Make ready 3 green chilli
8. Prepare 1 salt
9. Prepare 2 tsp garlic-ginger paste
10. Make ready 2 tbsp vinegar
11. Prepare 2 tbsp water

4. Now add the the sliced onions and cook for another 30 secs before adding chopped birimbi and carrot sticks mix well.
5. Add vinegar and water and cook for a minute or two switch of heat let it cool and store in jars in the fridge for atleast a week for it to absorb all the flavours and then its ready for eating.
