  4. Now make peda shape from the dough and place it in thekua mould and deep fry it in ghee in a very slow flame untill it turns golden brown in colour, and serve when cool.
  5. If thekua scatter while frying then add milk add make a soft dough, or if u have added more ghee then also it will scatter. So be careful with the measurements.. - If you are not having thekua mould then also you can only make peda shape and deep fry them.
