Instructions to make Barbeque Pulao:

1. Oil mein sabat garam Masala add karen, khusboo a jaye tou pyaz add karen.
2. Light brown ho jaye tou lehsan adrak paste or green chili chopped add kar ke fry karen.
3. Add Namak, Mirch, garam Masala powder, dahi or fry karen, or pani daal dain. Namak check kar lain is time py.
4. Ab rice add karen or cook karen ke pani dry ho jaye.
5. Chicken pieces rakh ka dumDein dain. 8-10 minutes.
