Chana dal recipe - Simple, healthy, delicious and quick to make chana dal fry. Wash half cup chana dal well a few times. Drain the water and add the chana dal to the pressure cooker. Grind the chana dal with the cloves, cinnamon stick, aniseeds, ginger and garlic pastes to a paste.

  1. In a mixture put boiled chana Dal, grind it.
  2. Take it out in a bowl.Add mashed potatoes,salt,crushed spices,Green chillies, coriander leaves,2 garlic cloves crushed,dry fruits,clove, cardamoms.
  3. Mix all things together.Make it like a dough.
  4. Make small size balls,like koftas.
  5. Fry it in oil golden.Keep it aside.
  6. Take a Heat pan put oil,let it hot.
  7. Add cumin seeds, crackle it.
  8. Add onion Fry it golden.Add ginger, garlic paste.Fry it 2 miniutes.
  9. Add all powdered masala.put 2 tsp water.
  10. Add grinded tomato,cook it 2 miniutes.
  11. Now add garam masala,salt.Add curd,mix it.
  12. Add 2 cups of water,let it boil 5 miniutes.
  13. Add 1 tsp cream mix it.Temper it with desi ghee & garlic.
  14. Now gravy is ready,sprinkle 1 pinch coriander leaves.
  15. Take a serving plate,put koftas in it.Pour hot gravy in it.
  16. Garnish it with cream,& coriander leaves.
  17. It can be served any time, lunch,or dinner.
  18. A healthy & delicious dish is waiting for you.
