The ingredients needed to make Soya pulao:
  1. Get 2 tbsp oil
  2. Take 1 bay leaf
  3. Take 1 small- cinnamon stick

  7. Take 1 big onion chopped

  20. Get 1 1/2 cup soaked rice

A nutritious pulao made using soya chunks is a good way of getting wholesome nutrition and taste. Super nutritious and protein rich Soya chunks are cooked along with Rice and aromatic spices to make this Pulao. Meanwhile we can cook the vegetables for the Soya Pulao. Your delicious Soya rice is ready to serve.

Steps to make Soya pulao:
  1. In a pressure cooker take oil, add all the khada masala & hing and cook it for 1 minute. Then add onion and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Now add carrots, cauliflower and green peas & cook it for another 5-6 minutes, also add salt.
  3. Now add finely chopped tomatoes, soaked soya granules, crushed garlic and ginger and cook everything nicely for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala and chopped coriander and mix well, then add soaked rice and 1-1/2 glass of water, adjust the seasoning, cover the lid & pressure cook it on high flame for 1 vissel.
  5. Serve hot with curd/raita
  6. Note- soak the rice for atleast 1-2 hours before making the pulao, soak soya granules only for 5-10 minutes.
