8. Cover the lid and cook veg pulao in a pressure cooker on a medium-high flame for one whistle. Immediately release the pressure of the cooker manually with the help of the spatula.
9. Gently mix everything with a spatula or fluff up the rice with a fork.
10. Serve veg. Pulao hot with Raita.
