It's made the same way I make veggie Rava upma; only the main ingredients are swapped. In this recipe, I have combined. Chop up all the onions, tomatoes, green chillies and any other veggies you prefer. I used carrots and green beans.

Steps to make Veggie Upma:
  1. In a pan saute suji for 4-5 minutes as aroma starts coming and suji turns golden brown. Now take it out in a plate.
  2. Now in pan add 2 tbps cooking oil and add curry leaf,Rai,urad dal and saute for 1 min. Now add chopped carrot and saute for one minute.Now add sliced onion and saute it untill it turns golden brown.
  3. Now add capsicum and tomato,salt, red chilli powder and sambhar masala.saute for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Now add that sauted suji in this mixture with 4cup water and cook untill water is completely soaked
  5. Now upma is ready and garnish with any nuts and coriander.

Upma is a traditional South Indian breakfast dish made by simmering roasted semolina in spiced boiling water. To make vegetable upma, fine chop the veggies otherwise they won't cook well.
