  20. Get 1 cup moong bean sprouts
  21. Take 1 cup carrot grated
  22. Make ready 1/2 tomatoes chopped fine
  23. Prepare 1/2 lemon
  24. Prepare to taste Salt
  25. Take 1 pinch Pepper
  26. Make ready 1 tbsp chopped coriander

Steps to make Brown rice tawa pulav:
  1. Heat oil and ghee. Add the cumin. Let it splutter. Add green chilies
  2. Now saute the chopped garlic
  3. Saute the onions now till translucent
  4. Next goes in the carrot.Saute for a minute
  5. Add the green peas and corn.
  6. Add the spice powders and cook.
  7. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook further.
  8. The masala is done
  9. Now add the cooked brown rice. This the the brown rice I have cooked with 4 cups of water previously and kept.
  10. Add it to the cooked masala. mix well
  11. Squeeze half a lemon
  12. Cook covered for 5 minutes.Garnish with chopped coriander.
  13. For the salad. Mix the grated carrot with sprouts and chopped tomato in a bowl. Season with salt,pepper and lemon. Add some chopped coriander too.
  14. Serve the tasty tawa pulav with this yummy salad or pack for lunch.
