4. Now for tempering…Heat a pan with ghee /butter….Add carom seeds, slit green chilli and ginger..Stir for few sec…Add kashmiri red chilli powder…And dunk into the chola…
5. Punjabi chole masala is ready… Serve hot with rice, roti, kulcha..or naan.
