Chole Kulche is a popular street food dish served in North India and is a type of white pea curry that is commonly served with Kulche, giving its name. This recipe uses a range of spices to give a distinct. The kulcha chole is made with cooked white chana or white matar with a whole load of spices, onions and tomatoes.   4. Soak matar overnight and cook in pressure cook till soft.
  5. Heat ghee in kadai add jeera,rai and onion cook till soft add tomato and cook for a while add masalas mix it well cook for sometime and mater chole is ready. Take serving plate arrange chole and kulcha with green chetney and onion rings.
