  3. Now take the butter and oil in a pan. Let it heat. Add the onion gravy made in the cooker. Saute for few minutes. When the oil is loose, add the tomato paste. Once the tomatoes are well mixed, add the spinach paste and allow to cook. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes. After the oil is loose, add salt, chilli, garam masala. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes. Now turn off the gas and add the cream. Gravy is ready now.
  4. Now put the kofta in a dish and pour green gravy. Garnish with cheese, coriander and onions. serve with roti/paratha.
