  4. Meanwhile prepare maida batter by mixing 2 tbsp maida with 3 tbsp water.
  5. Once the cutlet mixture cools down. Take a small portion on palm. Give preferred cutlet shape. Now dip the cutlet in the maida batter and again coat with bread crumbs. Prepare all the cutlets same way.
  6. Keep the cutlets in a airtight container in freezer for at least 1 hour.
  7. Before serving, take out the cutlets from freezer and shallow fry them. Serve with any dip of your choice. Goes well with tomato ketchup, kasundi, mayonnaise dip etc.
